Content & Merchandising Specialist - Ecommerce

About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Merchandising Specialist to execute and optimize the onsite customer experience across our e-commerce stores. In this role, you will manage and optimize product content, merchandising, and key customer journeys, ensuring our digital storefronts are accurate, engaging, and optimized for commercial performance.

Working cross-functionally with E-commerce Merchandising, Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Product and Art teams, you will ensure consistent, high-quality onsite content while supporting SEO performance, AI discoverability, customer experience and conversion. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our Shopify stores, supporting product launches, campaigns, merchandising execution and continuous site optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the quality, governance and continuous optimization of onsite content across product pages, landing pages, collection pages and key customer journeys, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with established brand standards
• Lead the execution of onsite merchandising and content updates, including product launches, homepage merchandising, collection updates, promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives
• Own the continuous optimization of onsite content from a customer experience, SEO and AI discoverability perspective, using content performance, customer behaviour and search insights to drive engagement, organic visibility and conversion. Lead quality assurance for all onsite content and merchandising updates across devices, languages and markets prior to publication
• Build and maintain landing pages, merchandising experiences and campaign content in Shopify
• Own the end-to-end coordination, quality assurance and implementation of translations across 12 languages, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy and consistency across all regional storefronts
• Partner with Merchandising, GTM, Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Buying, Product and Creative teams to ensure onsite content supports commercial objectives and campaign execution
• Establish and maintain best practices and processes for content management and merchandising operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in ecommerce content management, digital merchandising or a similar ecommerce role.
• Fluency in English is a must have (C1 level)
• Hands-on experience managing onsite content and merchandising within Shopify or another leading ecommerce platform
• Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, customer journeys and onsite optimization
• Experience managing multilingual ecommerce content, translations and digital assets across a large product catalogue
• Experience working in international environments, coordinating across multiple markets and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO and content optimization principles, with experience optimizing onsite content to improve organic visibility, AI discoverability and conversion
• Experience using data and customer behavior insights to optimize onsite content, merchandising and conversion
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Asolo (hybrid)

Salary package : from 35,000€ + meal voucher+ welfare
