We are looking for a content writer to join our Product Experience team and contribute to documenting upcoming and hero Arduino products, with both technical (datasheets, user manuals) and instructional documentation (tutorials, courses etc.). You will be a key asset in our commitment to high standards for our users and customers.

What you'll work on
As a Content Writer, you’ll contribute to Arduino’s instructional and technical content ecosystem, helping people understand, use, and innovate with our hardware and software platforms. Specifically, you will:
- Write and maintain user-friendly documentation, guides, tutorials, and product pages
- Create example projects, demos, and code snippets using Arduino hardware and tailored to educators, makers, and professionals
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and educators to ensure technical accuracy and relevance
- Translate complex technical topics into accessible, clear, and engaging content
- Contribute to content strategy and user journeys across documentation, web and support channels
- Support launch activities with product-related written assets and onboarding materials
- Engage with the community throughout monitoring and interactions with platforms such as Arduino Forum or Project Hub
What you bring
- Passion for the Arduino brand and ecosystem
- Basic understanding of C/C++, Python, or other programming languages used in embedded systems
- Hands-on experience with electronics, microcontrollers, or physical computing projects
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, instructional design, or technical communication.
- Proven ability to write high-quality technical documentation, educational content and step-by-step instructions
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- Availability to work from our Turin office
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- You are a team player, eager to ask and share know-how with the rest of the team
Bonus Points
- A deep interest in the inner functioning of open source technologies
- Experience with Markdown, GitHub, CMS tools, and static site generators.
- Previous contributions to open-source projects or communities
- Experience in developing educational and instructional content related to interactive technologies
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Comfortable working with React and TypeScript
- Fluency in Italian
