The opportunity
For our business unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs. This role is essential for driving profitability and continuous improvement across our production operations.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Analyze product designs, manufacturing methods, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead changes in product design and manufacturing techniques to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies such as:
- 5S
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED)
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Kaizen
- Manage large-scale projects or processes with minimal supervision.
- Mentor, coach, and delegate tasks to junior professionals.
- Solve complex and challenging problems with innovative and data-driven approaches.
Your background
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement and Lean implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence change across teams.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
