Responsibilities
Assure and follow monthly and weekly MPS execution/accuracy respecting SQCD target.
Supervise manufacturing activities in the shopfloor, which also includes: support on time closing of work orders in AOS/SES, Productive & Nonproductive hours booked in AOS/SES analysis, spent time versus method time discrepancies analysis and proposal for improvement.
Full APSYS deployment on the Shopfloors, SQCD performance, and tracking the associated KPI; optimizations of workstations via application of APSYS tools; animation of corrective action issue (e.g., QRQC).
Propose and coordinate continuous improvement projects on the Shopfloors.
Contribute to the Mfg Skill Matrix update.
Support the EPU Manager on critical operational issues/blocking points.
Support the finish products delivery interfacing all the necessary stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between the manufacturing team and other functions.
Responsible for the implementation and application of the corporate policies (ISO, EHS, ethics and compliance…).
