About the role

Reporting to the director you will be responsible for working on Residential & Commercial projects and be responsible for:

  • Preparing scopes of work
  • Working on a $7mil retail project
  • Administrating the head and sub-contracts.
  • Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
  • Tracking of project expenditure against budget
  • Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholder

About you

  • Must have 2+ years as a Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator in the High End residential/Commercial space
  • Main Contractor experience is a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
  • Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
  • Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful outcomes for the company
