Contract Analyst

For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Contracts Analyst. The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.

Contract duration : 6 months

Retribuzione annua : 40000€ - 50000€

Esperienza : 3 anni

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required
• 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program
• Experience in Salesforce preferred, but not required
• Experience in Excel
• Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility
• Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals
• Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting
• Using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards
• Monitoring accounts
• Analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing and finance teams
• Participating in process improvement projects
• Managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems
