We are looking for a Bid & Contract Specialist to join our Commercial Department on a full-time basis.
Identify, monitor and assess new tender opportunities and business prospects aligned with the Company's growth strategy.
Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and prime contractors throughout the bidding, negotiation, and contract award process.
Coordinate contracts overseeing the successful execution of activities and ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Bid Management, Business Development, Account Management or related commercial roles;
Strong understanding of procurement processes, tenders and contract management;
Excellent Italian language skills;
Fluent English, both written and spoken – minimum B2+ level
Competitive compensation package with a total annual remuneration in the range of €50,000–€60,000, plus a performance-based bonus;
Exposure to high-profile national and international customers, partners, and Space projects;
