Job Description

General Summary

This position provides oversight, direction, and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. It supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform O&M management administration functions, handling various actions and problems related to assigned contracts.
• Monitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives; support subcontractors, staff, trades, and crafts.
• Schedule work to be performed.
• Submit monthly progress reports as per contract and company requirements.
• Manage contract resources; monitor budgets.
• Ensure safety of all personnel on site, including subcontractors, and compliance with environmental standards and quality of work.
• Conduct staff training, safety meetings, and briefings.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Perform maintenance of HVAC systems and manage other Contract Management tasks.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA).
• Skilled in operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, and security systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures.
• Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Work Experience

• Experience in healthcare business occupancy medical facility O&M.
• Experience in servicing and renovating commercial buildings, managing a diversified workforce responsible for infrastructure systems.

Education, Licenses and Certifications

Required Education: High School Diploma

Required Certification: Common Access Card
