CONTROLLER

Wegh Group spa is seeking a Management Control Specialist for its Fornovo Taro plant. The candidate will report directly to the company management and will be responsible for managing and monitoring company budgets, developing a comprehensive management control system including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for executive management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Implementing a management control system by preparing monthly analysis reports of actuals and developing forecasts with support from the first-line management.
2. Supporting the Management in treasury management, analyzing bank rates and conditions.
3. Analyzing the management control system by preparing periodic economic reports and monthly financial statements, collaborating with the administrative function, and verifying correct account allocations, including margin analysis.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing companies, SMEs, or medium-sized enterprises.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis methods and forecasting, proficiency in management control tools (ERP systems, Power BI).
• Solid accounting experience and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Office, especially Excel.

Interpersonal skills: Assertiveness, clear and persuasive communication.

Education: Degree in Business Economics, Finance, or equivalent.

Language skills: Minimum B1-B2 level of proficiency.

Travel: Occasional short trips to other Wegh plants in Italy and abroad.

Employment details: Permanent contract with a probation period, competitive salary based on experience, full-time hours (8:30 am – 5:30 pm with 1-hour lunch break).
