Position:

To strengthen our Management Control Office, we are seeking a candidate responsible for:

• Analysis of structural costs and identification of optimization opportunities;
• Monitoring and controlling commercial area costs;
• Supporting the development of incentive systems and preparing management reports;
• Analyzing variances and identifying corrective actions;
• Collaborating with other company functions to improve control processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields;
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Controller or in similar roles;
• English language proficiency at B1 level;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and key Business Intelligence tools;
• Analytical skills, precision, and problem-solving attitude;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
