Responsibilities
Be the company reference point for management control activities Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses Support the annual budget and periodic forecasts Analyze projects’ profitability supporting internal departments to assess root causes in case of deviations Define and structure industrial management control activities linked to the production plants Provide Management support with ad hoc analysis Have an active role as "Business Partner" towards the Management and the entire organizational structure, with a "Continuous Improvement" approach
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics or Management engineering 4-5 years of experience in a similar role Professional experience in the industrial machinery industry is a plus Accounting skills applied in controlling/performance measurement contexts Experience with SAP FI.CO Passion for driving innovation Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in partnership development, coordination, and negotiation High level of accountability, with a collaborative, reliable, and results-oriented approach; effective team player Fluent English (for non-native speakers)
Our Offer Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40800, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico. #J-18808-Ljbffr
