About us

Autry is inspired by the product of Jim Autry, the footwear specialist who in the 80's designed a tennis court sneaker branded with his own name. The brand faded in late 90's up until 2019, when 4 italian entrepreneurs revived the brand and the product whit a clear vision in mind: preserve its heritage while offering a modern interpretation of the original product, blending plainness and versatility while remaining true to the athletic roots of the brand.

Who is the talent we need

We are looking for a new team member to join our Finance Department, reporting directly to the Controller Manager. This role will play a strategic part in monitoring business performance and contributing to the optimization and improvement of internal procedures and processes.

How you will contribute

• Monitor KPIs and monthly reports, with a particular focus on the retail sector
• Perform variance analysis and provide support for quarterly financial closings and monthly management closings
• Maintain direct contact with the Operations Team to monitor warehouse activities and manage costs
• Analyze shipping progress and delivery compliance for both sales and purchasing
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and reports for management
• Collect and analyze data and information relevant to controlling activities
• Monitoring of foreign branches
• Support the Controller Manager in the execution of both routine and ad hoc activities

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/management engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role with a structured company or in consulting firm in economics/finance
• Knowledge of analytical accounting, controlling, planning and budgeting
• Fluent in English (tested during the recruitment)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel tested during the recruitment)
• SAP knowledge is preferred
