The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of about 50 people involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Benefit and Make Up For ever).
MISSION:
Within the Finance department, the Controlling services are crucial for our company. Its aim is to provide strategic financial insights and drive performance management, transforming financial and operational data into actionable intelligence, by supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting analysis of business results, and creating detailed reports for an optimal resource allocation and the achievement of our strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Head of Controlling, the chosen candidate will support the team within the following activities:
- Support in the collection and analysis of financial data for internal reporting.
- Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all controlling activities
- Collaboration with other departments for the collection of financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports (monthly and annually) for internal stakeholders and management.
- Support the monthly closing process and forecasting activities.
- Participate actively in the annual budgeting process, assisting with data compilation
- Assist in maintaining and updating financial models used for budgeting and forecasting activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics/business fields (Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar).
- Full proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.),
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous internship or relevant experience in a finance or controlling environment is considered a plus.
