We’re looking for a Controlling Finance Transformation Manager to lead key finance transformation initiatives—most notably, the design and rollout of a new Group controlling model (2025–2026) and the S/4 HANA controlling function implementation within our Global SAP Program.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll work closely with Finance VPs, IT, and cross-functional teams to shape processes, systems, and models that define our financial future.

You would be expected to be onsite in the office 3 days per week in this position.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, approval, and deployment of the new controlling model.
• Drive the S/4 HANA controlling workstream, aligning business needs with system capabilities.
• Oversee integration, testing, cutover, and training for smooth adoption.
• Manage additional Finance Transformation projects that improve processes, models, and systems.
• Report progress, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in controlling and finance (managerial or consulting background).
• Broad knowledge of controlling areas (supply chain, commercial, FP&A).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash).
• SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA experience (or strong functional knowledge).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and consensus-building skills.
