Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to improve customer experience and drive measurable growth across the digital funnel. In this role, you will focus on understanding user behavior, removing friction points and running data‑driven experiments to continuously improve conversion performance. You will work closely with UX/UI, product, development and analytics teams to turn insights into impactful improvements across the eCommerce platform. This position is ideal for a curious, analytical, and experimentation‑minded professional who enjoys optimizing journeys, testing hypotheses and delivering tangible business results.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze the end‑to‑end customer journey and optimize conversion funnels across the platform.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and user friction points using digital tools (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis) as well as qualitative inputs (customer feedback, service insights).
  • Design, execute and scale A/B tests and experimentation strategies.
  • Improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, add‑to‑cart rate and checkout completion rate.
  • Drive cross‑selling and upselling initiatives, enhancing customer value and experience.
  • Optimize key pages (PDP, PLP, cart, checkout) in collaboration with UX/UI designers and development teams.
  • Partner closely with Analytics to monitor performance, validate hypotheses and support data‑driven decisions.

Profile

  • 4–8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, product optimization or digital performance roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar or similar).
  • Solid understanding of user behavior, funnels and conversion dynamics.
  • Experience working in eCommerce or digital product environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (UX, tech, product, analytics).
  • Attention to detail combined with a structured, results‑oriented approach.
