Job Description

The next Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible of the following activities:

  • Lead multisite operations, ensuring efficient production, cost control, and top‑in‑class manufacturing standards across facilities in North East Italy
  • Oversee daily operations, liaising with plant production managers and ensure optimal resource utilization across all departments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry premium practices
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance metrics effectively
  • Foster a culture of accountability and innovation across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings a solid educational foundation in engineering, management, or a related discipline, complemented by proven expertise in the assembly of complex systems gained through hands‑on experience in skid manufacturing or automotive assembly environments.

This background is reinforced by a strong track record in managing both operational and strategic initiatives, along with a comprehensive understanding of compliance and quality requirements.

A results‑oriented mindset drives the ability to achieve business targets, supported by strong financial acumen and practical experience in budget management.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders further complete the profile.
