Location
The Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is a rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Southwest Florida. It is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222‑room hotel within a 125‑acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. The resort includes residents‑only facilities, a luxury spa, a state‑of‑the‑art wellness/fitness center, diverse fine dining, tennis, an 18‑hole golf course, bowling, a movie theater, and an exclusive private club.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items per guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, and maintain production, portion, and presentation standards. Complete mise‑en‑place and set‑up stations for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
- Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring that nothing is prepared beyond estimated needs.
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.
- Date all food containers, rotate per policies, and keep perishables at proper temperatures. Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set‑up; note any out‑of‑stock items or possible shortages; return unused items to designated storage. Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct food cost problems, and control food waste, loss, and usage per policies.
- Assist in prep work of vegetables and condiments as required for the next shift.
Qualifications
- Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Three years of culinary experience required.

Schedule & Hours
This is a full‑time position. Flexible schedule expected; shifts could include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
