Corporate Development Specialist

Specialista Join Accenture's M&A team to support financial due diligence throughout the deal lifecycle, from evaluation to post-merger integration. You will work with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, and Technology to assess financial risks and growth potential, shaping acquisition outcomes. The role combines rigorous financial analysis with strategic insight to maximize value. You’ll engage across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to structured deal execution and integration efforts. Support acquisitions from initial evaluation to closing and post-deal integration Collaborate with Europe Financial Due Diligence Lead and Corporate Development Analyze target firms' financial performance, profitability, and operational metrics Evaluate balance sheet components such as net working capital and net financial debt Identify financial risks and investigation needs during due diligence Provide insights on transaction structures, purchase price adjustments, and SPA negotiations Support integration activities to maximize value after acquisitions Work with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Integration teams across functions Degree in economic sciences, business administration, finance, or a related topic Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence or audit, preferably in M&A due diligence Track record on multiple financial due diligence projects Strong financial analysis skills and MS Excel proficiency Fluency in English Experience in big four firms or equivalent corporate setting Join Accenture's M&A team to support financial due diligence throughout the deal lifecycle, from evaluation to post-merger integration. … #J-18808-Ljbffr
