About the Role
Volvo Cars Italy is expanding its Corporate (Fleet) sales channel. The Corporate & Direct Sales Manager will drive growth and performance of the Fleet Sales business in the North‑West area of Italy. The role is primarily based in the Milano area with regular travel within Italy (70–80%).
What You'll Do
- Develop and expand the corporate and fleet sales business in the assigned region
- Manage direct relationships with international and local major accounts
- Provide commercial support to fleet customers and Full Service Leasing (FSL) companies
- Implement and coordinate marketing and commercial activities within the fleet business community
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a strong value proposition and excellent customer experience
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience and excellent knowledge of the fleet and corporate sales environment
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or with a Full Service Leasing (FSL) company (mandatory)
- A master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Experience using digital and analytical tools such as MS Office 365, MS Power BI, and familiarity with web, social media, and eCommerce environments
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Native-level proficiency in Italian
