Job description
Established in 2009, the Stellantis Corporate Leadership Development Program was created to produce talent for leadership succession .
It is a two-year program managed by Audit & Compliance , and aimed to develop candidates through intensive project experiences and intentional leadership training.
The program provides participants with broad exposure to company processes at an accelerated pace and interaction with senior leadership , that would help develop a knowledge network to leverage in future roles. Leadership training & development, executive mentoring and dedicated Audit coach are part of the program.
Upon program completion, each participant is supported by Human Resources to be placed in challenging roles that balance organizational need and interest.
Requirements
- Completed MBA, CPA or Masters Degrees
- Experience level of 5 to 7 years
- English Fluent and Spanish/French is a plus
- Availability to travel in Europe
- Residence near one of our location in Italy (Turin)
- High energy, intrinsic motivation
- Driven by challenge and eager to contribute
