Cost Manager

We are looking for an Italian speaking Cost Manager with Data Center experience to join a leading global client.

Shave managed at least one full data center project, demonstrating the following capabilities:

Core Competencies:

• Strong understanding of WBS structures and data center sector terminology
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail (comfortable spending extensive time on Excel modeling and reporting)

Pre-Construction Cost Management Experience:

• Procurement process management (tendering via RFP/RFI, Q&A coordination, bid reconciliation, and evaluation reporting)
• Order of magnitude budget preparation for RIBA Stages 1-3

Construction Phase Cost Management Experience:

• budget preparation for RIBA Stages 4-5
• Cost plan development and maintenance
• Change order evaluation and logging
• Purchase order processing
• Cost assessments based on current market rates, including takeoffs and pricing of specialized high-impact elements such as OFCI (requires hands-on experience)
• Familiarity with key brands and suppliers in the data center space (requires industry experience)
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills (requires practical experience)
