Role Overview

We are recruiting Cost Managers in Milan. This opportunity allows you to join and strengthen the RLB team while working in a supportive environment on interesting projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, life sciences and industrial.

Role Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of a team accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
• Support business objectives by delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with established processes and procedures.
• Comply with commercial, procurement and contractual strategies.
• Take responsibility for compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
• Assist with cost planning and estimating, post‑contract and procurement duties.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction‑related technical discipline.

Experience

• Proven technical/project delivery experience, ideally with a consultancy, contractor, developer or client‑side organisation.
• Stakeholder management with a focus on developing client accounts.
• A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
