Role Overview
We are recruiting Cost Managers in Milan. This opportunity allows you to join and strengthen the RLB team while working in a supportive environment on interesting projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, life sciences and industrial.
Role Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of a team accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
- Support business objectives by delivering value for money in all circumstances.
- Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Comply with commercial, procurement and contractual strategies.
- Take responsibility for compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
- Assist with cost planning and estimating, post‑contract and procurement duties.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction‑related technical discipline.
Experience
- Proven technical/project delivery experience, ideally with a consultancy, contractor, developer or client‑side organisation.
- Stakeholder management with a focus on developing client accounts.
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
