Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Counter Coordinator act as the ultimate leader and brand ambassador of your counter and represent Parfums Christian Dior in the market. You are responsible for the management of your Counter maximizing performance and ensuring exceptional level of service. Your passion and embodiment of the brand will enable you to contribute to the broader development of the business while ensuring your continuous personal and professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and services KPIs on a daily basis
- Have a comprehensive and omnichannel vision of the business (master KPIs, identify key drivers and opportunities)
- Continuously assess counter performance, develop and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales on all channels
- Set realistic individual KPIs for your team
- Gather & report market and competition trends and identify opportunities for commercial development
- Report on a weekly basis store performance to Retail Manager
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standard
- Educate customers on the Dior brand and on Dior products building a strong customer loyalty and developing the customer database of the counter
- Manage relationships with the retailers and report to Retail Manager if any issue
REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate has a strong previous retail experience in the luxury and / or beauty industry
- Previous experience within stock management and all procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of omnichannel, client experience and interest on new digital tools/services
- Trustworthy, acting with honesty
- Have a genuine passion for beauty, fashion and/or luxury
- Fluent in English is mandatory
