Our client is a leading global player in the industrial sector.

We are looking for the

  • Country HR Manager
  • to play a critical role in managing the growth and the organizational transformation in Italy, that aligns with the Group HR vision.

He / she will deliver HR strategy and provide tactical expertise in all aspects of human resources, including Talent & Performance Management, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations.

The position reports directly to the Head of Global HR and, in addition to the Italy responsibility, will have a strong involvement in the definition and implementation of HR strategy also in the other European markets.

  • Responsibilities
  • Support change management on initiatives including talent reviews, performance management, learning & development, and overall process improvements.
  • Support internal customers / business leaders, in analyzing current organizational structure and its consistency with business strategy;
  • Develop and implement programs for recruiting, hiring and orienting talents;
  • Lead talent management and strategic projects focused on the development of high potentials;
  • Maintain and periodically review compensation & benefits practices to ensure employee motivation and retention;
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies and local laws; monitor industrial relations;
  • Manage the internal communication inspired to inclusion, wellbeing and job satisfaction;
  • Deliver technical training and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations;
  • Lead key projects to increase efficiency, productivity and cost saving;
  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics providing insights to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Required skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
  • About 5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partner role with international responsibility and exposure in complex international environment;
  • Experience gained abroad would be a big advantage in view of the growth at international level;
  • Skilled in managing organizational design issues or organizational change projects,
  • Ability to organize and manage initiative involving many stakeholders and handling multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results;
  • Good listening and communications skills combined with negotiation skills.
  • Available to travel across Italy (around 25-30% of the time)
  • Fluent in English
