Position Overview

We seek a Country Manager for Italy to define the long-term vision and strategy, drive customer and revenue growth, and oversee profitability. The role involves managing the Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) business, co-managing the Video Marketplace (3P Channel subscriptions & TVOD), and live sports. You will be responsible for all key customer metrics, content strategy, and collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals. The role also includes representing Prime Video in public policy and industry relations, and leading cross-team influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and strategy for Prime Video in Italy.
  • Drive overall customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee profitability and financial performance.
  • Manage SVOD and co-manage Video Marketplace and live sports offerings.
  • Own customer metrics and outcomes.
  • Support content and programming strategies, including local originals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and distribution teams.
  • Partner with UK and retail teams to expand Prime program.
  • Represent the business in public policy, industry, and PR initiatives.
  • Lead through influence across all partner teams.
