Our client is an international media company in the streaming and broadcast TV sector, active across several European markets. They are seeking a Country Manager to lead TV and digital operations in Italy, managing both strategic direction and day-to-day execution across broadcast, online, and social channels.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing local TV programming and digital content for Italy
  • Developing social media strategies and overseeing content publishing
  • Handling content uploads, packaging, and metadata in Italian and English
  • Conducting basic video editing and maintaining content quality
  • Acting as the contact for local partners and platforms
  • Producing performance reports and audience insights
  • Supporting marketing and brand promotion activities


Requirements:

  • Experience in media, ideally in programming or digital content management
  • Strong understanding of TV and streaming platforms
  • Analytical and organisational skills with solid communication abilities
  • Confident using digital tools; Adobe Premiere and Photoshop knowledge a plus
  • Independent working style and a team mindset
  • Native or fluent Italian (C2+) and good English
