You will lead the transformation of a high‑profile personal brand into a top‑tier media company, challenging industry norms and building a brand that inspires millions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the “Dual‑Brand” strategy that aligns David Laroche’s personal influence with Paradox’s corporate mission.
- Build a symbiotic strategy avoiding cannibalization and reinforcing both brands.
- Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that break the usual self‑help content codes.
- Define distinct editorial lines for each platform: YouTube (Depth & Search), Instagram (Aesthetic & Vibe), LinkedIn (Authority & Authenticity).
- Own the end‑to‑end creative process: scripting, storyboarding, directing, and final quality assurance.
- Scout, hire, and onboard specialized talent (motion designers, drone operators, subject‑matter experts) to realize concepts.
- Ensure seamless execution when David appears on set, handling all prep, direction, and post‑production.
- Manage the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers) setting tempo, culture, and quality standards.
- Lead continuous training and challenge the team to refine cutting, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with Growth to create assets that convert in paid media, analyze retention, CTR, CPL, and iterate aggressively.
Qualifications – Experience
- Proven content builder with a media brand, YouTube channel or personal brand that reached 100 k+ followers or millions of views; knowledge of virality and retention mechanics.
- Editorial leadership experience managing a creative team and delivering high‑quality videos.
- Elite scripting skills – able to present scripts that achieved strong engagement.
- Track record of creating content that drives business outcomes (ads, launches, conversions) rather than vanity metrics.
Personality

- Psychology‑obsessed – constantly exploring why audiences engage and what emotions drive sharing.
- Authoritative “doer” who can script, direct, and edit, and who owns project execution.
- Low‑ego, high‑impact – embraces failure, pivots quickly, and delivers next concepts.
