Credem Banca is seeking to strengthen its Credit Area within the Group by recruiting a professional responsible for managing and monitoring non-performing credit positions (NPL) of the leasing company. The role involves implementing recovery strategies and minimizing losses.
The position will be based within the Default and Deteriorated Credits Office, whose mission is to support and coordinate Group Companies in managing non-performing credits in accordance with current regulations, outsourcing the management of deteriorated and overdue credits of the leasing company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate NPL positions, identifying causes of deterioration and potential recovery strategies;
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and consultants regarding credit litigation;
- Continuously monitor NPL positions, update information systems, and generate periodic reports on recovery activities;
- Prepare documentation for write-off procedures and manage internal authorizations;
- Support the Real Estate Remarketing Team to maximize the value of recovered properties;
- Manage mobile remarketing;
- Prepare reports and statistical analyses related to credit litigation positions;
- Stay updated on regulations and best practices in non-performing credit management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Law, or Finance;
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Credit Specialist or similar role, preferably in leasing or financial sectors;
- Deep knowledge of credit recovery procedures and regulations;
- Ability to analyze and assess credit risks;
- Good knowledge of information systems and reporting tools.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Professional certifications in credit management or recovery.
