Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a CRM Campaign Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Customer Data & Digital DTC Team, reporting to the Digital Campaign Senior Specialist.


Such talent will support the planning, execution and performance monitoring of global and local CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, SMS and WhatsApp.

Working closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Marketing, Creative, Data and external partners), you will contribute to ensuring timely campaign delivery, accurate targeting, smooth approval processes and consistent performance tracking.


This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM campaign operations, testing, analytics and automation projects within an international beauty brand.


In particular, you will:

  • Support on the marketing campaign calendar deployment
  • Assist in campaign setup, testing and approval processes across CRM channels
  • Support A/B testing activities and audience segmentation initiatives
  • Contribute to campaign performance analysis and weekly reporting using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, BI tools, internal platforms)
  • Prepare campaign reports/ PPT and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Support testing activities and UAT for CRM-related projects and platform enhancements


What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
