MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The CRM Email Assistant aim is defining and managing the Email Communication Calendar on a global scale. Responsible to ensure that our email communications are strategically planned, meticulously executed, and effectively optimized to engage our audience across various regions.
As part of the E-Business & CRM Team, the key responsibilities are:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Email Communication Calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and customer segmentation strategies
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, deployment, and tracking of performance metrics
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure that email content is aligned with brand guidelines
- Implement audience segmentation strategies to personalize email content and maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure Compliance with email marketing regulations, LVMH best practices, and industry standards
- Work closely with Retail, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize email content and to improve campaign performance
- Maintain documentation (email campaigns, including campaign briefs, performance reports, and post-campaign analysis) to facilitate knowledge sharing and future campaign planning
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good experience in email marketing, preferably in a global or multi-national organization
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
