Redion, formerly Europ Assistance, seeks a data-driven CRM Specialist to own B2C CRM across Italy, Spain and Portugal. You will define CRM strategies, manage the customer lifecycle, and drive retention and revenue growth.
The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or HubSpot), strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. A multinational, innovative organization offers a hybrid work model and ongoing training.
