As CRM Director, you will define and drive Serapian’s global omnichannel CRM strategy to deepen engagement, loyalty, and ROI. You will align CRM initiatives with marketing and business goals, integrating online and offline touchpoints and guiding data-driven clienteling. Your leadership will shape personalized customer journeys and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels. Define and implement the brand’s CRM and omnichannel engagement strategy across touchpoints Map omnichannel customer journeys spanning retail, e-commerce, and wholesale Lead CRM initiatives to support brand positioning and commercial performance Manage and leverage CRM tools for client interaction and data management Monitor CRM KPIs and cross-channel trends to optimize retention, reactivation, engagement, and conversion Drive retention, loyalty, and lifetime value with targeted omnichannel campaigns Oversee integrated CRM campaigns ensuring a cohesive brand experience Create omnichannel CRM guidelines and suggest acquisition strategies Plan and manage email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs Develop advanced segmentation using data from digital and physical behaviors Partner with retail teams to strengthen clienteling and CRM adoption Ensure data quality and privacy compliance Collaborate with Richemont HQ and external suppliers on technology roll‑out Coordinate media budgets and performance marketing in collaboration with agencies Support wholesale strategy and align with the global calendar Provide ROI-focused reporting and ongoing optimization of marketing spend Coordinate A&P budget progress with Regions and assist in vendor processes Responsabilità
8-10+ years in CRM, digital marketing, media planning or related fields CRM and omnichannel strategy & execution in a Luxury Maison HQ Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign) and marketing automation tools Experience managing paid media campaigns across major digital platforms Analytical mindset with data analysis and reporting proficiency Strong project and stakeholder management Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Requisiti fondamentali
salary range: 50K-60K annual bonus plan meal vouchers (8 EUR per working day) welfare
