Are you passionate about customer lifecycle management, data‑driven CRM strategies, and high‑impact retention initiatives?

AdmiralBet, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the NOVOMATIC Group, is looking for a CRM Manager Team Lead to shape our Retention strategy and orchestrate customer journeys across the entire lifecycle.

You will play a central role in optimizing activation, engagement, retention, and churn prevention, while coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement.

What will you do

Governance of Acquisition & Retention

  • Define and maintain the technical and functional Retention strategy in line with business priorities;
  • Optimize early activation, retention, reactivation, and churn‑prevention processes;
  • Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.

Customer Lifecycle & Journey Orchestration

  • Design and optimize end‑to‑end customer journeys (registration → activation → playing → retention) in coordination with the Content & Design teams;
  • Ensure full alignment between customer journeys and the Product roadmap;
  • Identify friction points across the lifecycle and propose UX and process improvements.

Retention Tools & Technologies

  • Supervise key platforms including promo engines, tracking systems, loyalty tools, and CRM suites;
  • Work closely with Tech/IT to ensure performance, reliability, and correct configuration;
  • Act as a demand manager for internal and external technology providers (loyalty, promotional engines, CRM, CMS).

Data Analysis & KPI Management

  • Analyse trends, detect anomalies, and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Recommend corrective and evolutive actions based on data insights.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across CRM initiatives to increase customer engagement;
  • Document findings and translate outcomes into actionable insights;
  • Evaluate the impact of new product features on Acquisition & Retention performance.

Competitive Analysis

  • Benchmark brand promotional offers against competitors;
  • Produce periodic reports on KPIs, trends, and recommended actions to strengthen mid‑ and long‑term performance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product to integrate promo and feature logic into the customer journey;
  • Collaborate with Data & BI on dashboarding, reporting, and insight generation;
  • Coordinate with Tech/QA for testing and feature performance;
  • Align with Marketing on acquisition strategies and allowed editorial content;
  • Ensure that all initiatives are coherent, measurable, and scalable.

Compliance

  • Ensure that all Retention activities comply with ADM regulations and industry standards;
  • Monitor risks of abuse, promo exploitation, or borderline behaviours.

Who are we looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM, Retention or Lifecycle Marketing roles, ideally in online gaming, betting or comparable digital industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex datasets;
  • Knowledge of A&R models, segmentation logic, funnel analysis, and CRM metrics;
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration (Product, Tech, Marketing, Data);
  • Structured approach, attention to detail, and strong ownership;
  • Problem‑solving skills and a results‑oriented mindset;
  • English proficiency (minimum B1 level).

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and promo engines (Optimove);
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Cube, Tableau);
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
  • Understanding of SEO, behavioural analytics tools, and digital marketing fundamentals.
