The Stellantis Connectivity Team is transforming the connectedvehicle ecosystem by delivering softwaredefined features and services across mobile apps, web platforms, invehicle systems, and cloud backends. We build the digital foundation enabling endtoend connectivity, remote services, OTAupdate flows, and the new Stellantis Service Delivery Platform (SSDP).

We are expanding our team with a Connected Services Release Engineer (CSRM), accountable to support any vehicle launches in EE and MEA regions regarding connected services, to ensure then the readiness of the entire “E2E connectivity stack*” developed by the CVPO teams respecting QCTP objectives of vehicle projects, to organize also serial life processes for connected services and to manage transversal development project. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, software development, supplier management, and program execution, ensuring platform stability and highquality customer experiences across global launches.


The Main Job Responsibilities Will Be:

As a Connected Services Release Engineer, you will:


  • Ensure vehicle program milestones are met for end-to-end connected services.
  • Ensure milestones readiness from Contract Milestone till Field Early Warranty (FEW – 3 months post SOP)
  • Ensure key performance indicators are measured and published for vehicle milestones.
  • Drive resolution of cross functional connected service issues impacting vehicle launch.
  • Develop and publish integrated plans for development, testing and rollout of connected services connected to a vehicle top hat launch
  • Interact with different validation teams within and outside SWE (i.e. E2EV, PFDI/ICAS)
  • Being the single source of truth on the readiness of Connected Services for a specific vehicle program, for all stakeholders (i.e. CCLP, Brands, Quality, other PDT departments)


Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive electrical architecture, connected systems, or softwarebased product engineering.
  • Knowledge of automotive connectivity architectures, Internet of Things concepts (IoT) and mobile app.
  • Understanding of cloud systems, software development lifecycles, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with requirements management and changecontrol processes.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to drive issues to closure.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills in crossfunctional, international environments.


Preferred:

  • Experience with telematics, TCU integration, Connected Services, or OTA systems.
  • Understanding of PDP processes and automotive SOP cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, RTC, and PLM tools.
  • Background in feature development, diagnostics, or embedded software integration.
  • Exposure to AIassisted development tools is a plus.
