Job Summary
We are looking for a Culture & Entertainment Manager to lead the scene and story behind our restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues. In this role, you’ll shape and implement operational, service, sales, and public relations strategies across all F&B outlets, drive visibility and cultural relevance, and create engaging moments that blend digital and on‑ground strategies. You will also implement the brand’s service philosophy, ensuring every guest touchpoint feels personalized, gracious, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Shape and implement operational, service, sales, and public relations strategies across all F&B outlets.
- Drive visibility and cultural relevance by networking with high‑profile clientele, building relationships, and creating non‑traditional PR and sales activations.
- Orchestrate events and moments that generate awareness and engagement, blending digital and on‑ground strategies.
- Implement EDITION’s service philosophy, ensuring every guest touchpoint feels personalized, gracious, and unforgettable.
- Maintain brand style and professionalism, anticipate guest needs, and represent the brand consistently.
- Lead and coordinate high‑profile collaborations, influencer dinners, and spontaneous collaborations.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, cultural programming, event management, or lifestyle brand marketing—preferably within luxury hotels, nightlife, or high‑end F&B.
- Strong network across fashion, design, music, art, and media—particularly in Italy, Europe, or global creative hubs.
- Demonstrated experience concepting and executing cultural events, influencer activations, and non‑traditional brand partnerships that drive business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle audiences and how to engage them through immersive, emotional experiences.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with VIP guests, tastemakers, and brand partners.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—fluent in both English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident, polished, intuitive presence; able to navigate high‑touch environments with discretion, charm, and hospitality‑first instincts.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, content strategy, and social media trends relevant to F&B, luxury, and entertainment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple events or initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for culture, design, and community, and genuine understanding of what makes EDITION different.
