The Opportunity To support our continuous growth in the international market, Mister Worker® is strengthening its Sales and Customer Development team and seeking for a Customer Service Assistant. You will be responsible for satisfying customers’ needs and managing international operations through collaboration with our Operations Department, logistic partners and suppliers. You will be located in our office in Milan. Applications must be submitted in English or Italian to be considered. Monthly reimbursement of € 600

Responsibilities ● Pre-sales process management/technical requests about products ● After-sales process management: check orders with suppliers, send orders, customer dispute resolution ● Working with the Operations Department to ensure customer demand can be fulfilled on time and in full ● Pre-sales and After-sales customer support through phone, chat and email. ● Educating customers on the full Mister Worker® brand portfolio identifying upsell opportunities. ● Forming strong relationships and rapport with key decision-makers and all members of the Sales & Customer team.

Required Skills And Experience ● Able to conduct calls in English (C1), nice to have another language ● Fluent in Italian ● Knowledge of German, Spanish, French is a plus ● Methodological approach and self-organization ● Strong attitude for data analysis and synthesis ● Effective with email or phone in understanding customers’ needs ● Knowledge in all Google solutions (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) ● Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or ticketing systems is a plus ● E-commerce, B2B experiences/passion are an advantage ● High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up is required
