As Customs Team Lead you will manage customs operations within the automotive vertical, building a high‑performing team and driving process improvements. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workflows while coordinating with risk and compliance and cross‑functional management. Operate and optimize customs processes ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in line with company policies Lead and supervise staff per group policies and applicable laws Drive project leadership and resourcing in collaboration with local management Oversee workload, set expectations, and conduct performance evaluations with corrective actions Identify resource needs, participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training Ensure optimal use of resources to meet company goals Manage escalations and resolve potential claims Coordinate with Risk & Compliance and liaise with authorities Prepare and share essential information with team members under responsibility Be prepared for business trips Responsabilità
