We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team at Herno in Venice.
As Herno Ambassador , the Customer Advisor’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service.
The main responsibilities are:
- Create a relationship with customers through the implementation of the Brand Presentation, focus on personalized customer experience in line with the brand philosophy.
- Contribute to the achievement of the store's business objectives and individual objectives, through the Herno Customer Experience and sales ceremony.
- Ensure high standards are maintained through proper implementation of visual guidelines.
- Enriching one's presence in the Boutique through a careful interpretation of the Herno style, guaranteeing the team and oneself continuous updating on products and new collections.
- Ensure compliance with retail operating procedures and guidelines provided by headquarters.
- Maintaining sales floor and visual display to a high standard in line with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate and develop the CRM activity, aimed at customer loyalty.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer problems by suggesting optimal solutions.
- Use of the main applications and computer systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company.
Profile:
- 1-2 years of work experience gained in a luxury boutique.
- Aligned with the Brand identity and detail oriented.
- Passion and high motivation for Herno products and Brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamworking and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
