Customer Care Executive (f/m/d)
Headquarters: Milan – Full-time. Are you passionate about helping people and creating outstanding customer experiences? Join our Customer Care team and support our guests before, during, and after their stay by delivering professional service across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting guests via telephone, email, chat, and social media. Provide helpful information about reservations, services, and destinations while ensuring quick and effective solutions to guest enquiries. Handle challenging situations professionally and confidently, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact. Identify opportunities to maximise sales through up‑selling and tailored recommendations for guests. Maintain high service quality standards and contribute to achieving team targets for customer satisfaction, revenue, and conversions. Work with internal teams across departments such as Finance, Commerce, and Hotel Operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor recurring enquiries and provide feedback to management to support continuous improvement. Support administrative tasks, reporting, and other ad‑hoc activities when required. Qualifications
First experience in customer service, hospitality, call centre, or a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable working in a multi‑channel contact environment (phone, email, chat, social media). Ability to stay calm, solution‑oriented, and professional in challenging situations. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge. Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Fluent in English and German (B1 level) mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to work in rotating shifts covering department opening hours. Benefits
