Senior Customer Data Scientist & AI Consultant

You will join the PwC Customer team working on challenging projects in Customer Advance Analytics, Data Science, and Generative AI to help organizations harness customer and consumer data for innovative AI‑driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and measure performance of machine‑learning and statistical models in marketing and sales, including segmentation, customer scoring, classification, predictive, and recommendation models.
• Develop and implement generative‑AI techniques for conversational solutions using large‑language‑model technologies and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation frameworks.
• Perform advanced data analysis on customer behavior across physical and digital channels through structured and unstructured data to provide actionable business insights.
• Build quantitative analyses and machine‑learning models to support data‑driven strategy and decision making.
• Collect project requirements directly from clients to design and implement data‑driven, AI‑driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, preferably in engineering or scientific fields (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
• 3–4 years of experience in leading companies or major consulting firms on advance analytics and data‑science projects in marketing.
• Excellent proficiency in Python.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with large‑language‑model technologies and generative‑AI (RAG, PEFT) and advanced agent frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for developing creative, data‑driven solutions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with clients.
