The Customer Engagement specialist Supports the Customer Engagement Team in the day-to-day operational and analytical activities related to customer performance monitoring, reporting, and support to sales and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the development and update of periodic reporting tools in Excel to monitor commercial KPIs, pricing, customer trends and sales performance;
- Collaborates in customer segmentation and performance analysis to identify areas of growth or risk;
- Assists in managing and maintaining pricing lists and commercial terms in coordination with the Sales team;
- Contributes to the launch of new products and onboarding of new customers by supporting operational setup and data flows;
- Supports the analysis of promotional campaigns and evaluates their commercial impact;
- Ensures data accuracy and alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Trade & Go to Market, Marketing, Customer Service, and Controlling;
- Prepares ad hoc analysis and dashboards to support data-driven decisions within the Customer Development function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Management Engineering.
- Languages: Italian and English (fluent);
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data management);
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail;
- Previous experience (1–2 years) in commercial analysis, sales support or business analysis roles, ideally in pharma or FMCG;
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
