Customer Experience & Marketing Project Coordinator

Location: Senago (MI)


The Role


Directly reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Customer Experience & Marketing Project Coordinator will oversee and manage initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience across CIFA’s touchpoints, including media, events, and digital platforms. This role involves coordinating diverse projects such as media production, digital marketing campaigns, customer satisfaction initiatives, event organization, and e-commerce platform management. The Customer Experience & Marketing Project Coordinator will develop strategies, execute plans, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved effectively, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure alignment between customer needs and business goals. Leveraging data insights and customer feedback, the person will identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that elevate the customer journey and strengthen CIFA’s brand relationship.


Specifically, the Customer Experience & Marketing Project Coordinator will:


  • Manage inbound marketing and lead management projects , ensuring effective content and digital marketing execution .
  • Oversee e-commerce platform initiatives and digital innovation projects to enhance customer satisfaction .
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events and trade fairs , ensuring seamless organization and alignment with brand goals.
  • Create and manage documentation and online media projects , ensuring quality and consistency across platforms.
  • Support administration and back-office tasks, including CRM and database management.
  • Develop marketing strategies and execute plans to improve customer experience across touchpoints .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Apply project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) to ensure efficient and timely execution.
  • Utilize tools like CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms to optimize workflows and enhance performance.




Requirements


  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related fields (Digital Marketing and Project Management certifications are a plus).
  • At least 5-7 years of ex perience in Marketing and Communications role (preferably within B2B contexts in international or medium-sized industrial companies)
  • Good Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Project Management, Digital Innovation, and Marketing Strategy Execution.
  • Strong project management, analytical abilities, creativity, and proficiency in CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
  • Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions.
