Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self‑starter Customer Relationship Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the US Team providing support with the B2B clients' requests
- Work closely with the B2B Presale Team in Milan with customers' assistance
- Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
- Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Order Management and Tech) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
Offer Details
- Internship opportunity
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
- Monthly compensation: 600€
- Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy
