Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Understand and effectively communicate the company\'s products and services to clients and candidates
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer service experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree preferred
