Position to be filled
Member of a team, the customer service agent guarantees a good commercial relationship:
- Working with the sales team to follow up the customer.
- Providing a quick response to customer questions to resolve their problems effectively.
- Contributing more broadly to customer retention and loyalty.

Needs
- English and Italian required, good oral and written level
- Mastery of IT tools and possibly an ERP would be a plus
- Experience required: 2 years in equivalent position
- Function level: Junior or senior
Tasks and function
- E-mails, calls (respond to various requests from customers, salespeople, internal services).
- Management of orders from registration to invoicing.
- Customer relationship management: email, phone
- Checking the availability of products and production in connection with the different storage sites
- Monitoring deliveries in conjunction with carriers
- Claims management
- Monitoring payments in collaboration with accounting department
- Interface between the different contacts (customers, sales, logistics, accounting, production & quality, marketing, etc.)
- Provides additional commercial support for order management.
