We are a global developer and manufacturer of interventional medical devices in the fields of endovascular and interventional cardiology. We manufacture our products entirely in-house, from raw materials to finished goods, and distribute them worldwide through our direct sales force and network of distributors.

Saluggia, Italy

Role Purpose: Ensure the efficient coordination of customer service and logistics activities , including the warehouses, supporting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability to support business operations. Handle customer inquiries, returns, complaints, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and customer service activities. Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery performance. Support product traceability and ensure proper use of SAP within daily operations. Monitor logistics and customer service KPIs and prepare periodic reports. Assist in the management of export documentation and compliance requirements. Knowledge of customs procedures (duties,clearence,etc...) and international trade compliance, supporting import/export operations and cross-border logistics activities.

Requirements: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management, or similar roles within an international environment. Advanced knowledge of SAP ( mandatory ). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and data analysis. Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and collaborative approach. Team management skills

Contract Offer: Full-time position (Monday–Friday) on site. "B" Category under the CCNL "Industria Chimica" RAL between 40.000€ and 50.000€
