Customer Service Representative - Germany & Austria (M/W/D)
Work location: Talamona, Italy

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support our business development and customer relationship across German and Austrian markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, building strong relationship with dealers and customer and supporting sales activities from order management to after sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with dealers and customers in Germany and Austria
- Provide excellent customer service via email and phone
- Process orders, warranty claims, returns and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor customer accounts, collect feedback and track KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the ERP system
- Attend and support trade shows, events and dealer meetings
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- French language skills is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-orientated approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Passion for sports and cycling is a plus
