Join our dedicated Customer Service team
Position: Customer Service Representative – Italy
Location: Milan (Hybrid – at least 3 days/week on-site)
Contract: 6 months
✨ YOUR MISSION:
Process customer orders (direct & consignment) via SAP HANA ERP
Maintain customer account records & order histories
Support consignment & tender agreements
Monitor inventory, consignment & trunk stock
Manage returns (RGAs, complaints) with global CS & QA teams
Coordinate product returns with European warehouse
Assist customers, sales teams & distributors (availability, order status, deliveries)
Handle inquiries & ensure timely follow-up
Prepare sales reports upon request
YOUR PROFILE:
✔ Previous experience in customer service
✔ Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
✔ Ability to multitask & prioritize
✔ Detail-oriented & responsive
✔ Excellent communication & phone skills
✔ Fluent Italian
BONUS POINTS:
➕ Experience in high-tech, pharma or medical device industry
➕ Knowledge of SAP ERP
➕ Experience supporting direct sales organizations
➕ High school diploma and/or bachelor’s degree
➕ Fluent English
