Join our dedicated Customer Service team
Position: Customer Service Representative – Italy
Location: Milan (Hybrid – at least 3 days/week on-site)
Contract: 6 months
✨ YOUR MISSION:
Process customer orders (direct & consignment) via SAP HANA ERP
Maintain customer account records & order histories
Support consignment & tender agreements
Monitor inventory, consignment & trunk stock
Manage returns (RGAs, complaints) with global CS & QA teams
Coordinate product returns with European warehouse
Assist customers, sales teams & distributors (availability, order status, deliveries)
Handle inquiries & ensure timely follow-up
Prepare sales reports upon request
