Our last 12 months - x2 revenue - +5000 bookings - +100.000 listings, +5 countries - International expansion - Top 100 Most Growing Startup according to Financial Times
What will you do? - You will be managing customers who are interested in renting flats in Europe from their first touchpoint with our platform, guiding them through the rental process. - You will be managing customers post-booking to help them with potential issues. - Business development activities.
What is required? - Sales skills - Organizational and management skills - Fluent in English - Starting date before 10/07 - Ability to work towards objectives and take on ambitious challenges
What are we offering? - Paid 4 months traineeship contract (€750/month + bonus on generated revenues);
- After trainee, a long term employment contract will be signed;
- Flexible working: 2 days smart working, 3 days in the office (Milano) -> we can evaluate full remote for the first 4 months traineeship period;
- August: full remote working - PC + Smartphone provided by the company - Young and international team (avg. xpavfwm age is 29; people from 8 countries)
You will have the opportunity to participate in the evolution of the company at a time of great enthusiasm and exponential growth.
